New Characteristics and Countermeasures of Computer Crime in China

This paper describes the basic concept of computer crime and discusses the current new situation of com-puter crime in China.Furthermore,it analyses how to guard against and crack down on computer crime effectively in terms of Legislation of computer crime,education of internet culture,Internet safety and computer forensics,and thus to make Internet serve people better.
