This paper develops a flight-training-record-system(FTRS)with B/S(Browser/Server)structure to meet the demand of improving pilot's training quality of domestic flights,to enhance the training management of flight schools,and to increase the accuracy and effectiveness of basic flight training data.The FTRS is developed with the programming techniques such as JPA,JSF,etc,and includes the following main functional modules:personnel information,educational resources,outline information,documental information,lecture information and statistics.
