The article has refined,synthesized and summarized the content about tiny thinking of ancient document of our country at first;then it has explained mainly the state and question of enterprise's detail management of our country;the article points out finally,if enterprises implement the effective detail management,tiny thinking ability of administrators and the staff must be improved,detail culture should be formed at the same time.
