Software Process Improvement Should be "People-oriented"

At present,many software companies have implemented the CMM / CMMI software quality management system,but the effect of quality improvement is little. Analysis of the people-oriented and the connotation of the characteristics of software quality and people act as an important role in the software process,only adherence to the people-oriented in order to effectively improve software quality. From caring for people,respect for and development of the human point of view,from a number of aspects of how to implement people-oriented software process improvement are discussed. These strategies and methods can be implemented as a software company to add the software process improvement.
