Data organization technology for prediction of storm surge disaster

The current technology of marine spatiotemporal data organization and management is not yet mature.According to the characteristic of the two forecast data generated in storm surge forecast system,two specific spatiotemporal data organization and storage structure are designed in this paper.The spatiotemporal expression functions of storm surge forecast data are implemented based on the designed data structure and database,which validates the rationality and realizability of the work in this paper.
