Knowledge Management with Progressive Strategy of Science and Technology Projects

With the project knowledge management concept,we defined that the project knowledge management is consisted of knowledge organization,knowledge diffusion and knowledge application for the projects.And then,taking information technology as supporting platform,backed up by the flow structure of the science and technology projects management and constructing knowledge information system by the knowledge organization we founded the knowledge interaction relations of projects,management and both of them,achieved the progressive strategy of knowledge diffusion and knowledge application of projects,and supported technological innovation and the policy-making of the government in science and technology.
