In order to improve the effectiveness of intellectual property management,reduce the cost of intellectual property management,through the analysis of the status of intellectual property management and practical research on the problems faced by artificial management of intellectual property rights,a Web-based Intellectual Property Management System,focusing on the system’s versatility,scalability,given the layers of concrete implementation methods and the development of a prototype system,application results show that the system can effectively improve the efficiency in the management of intellectual property.
