Vendors' Evaluating and Selecting is one studying focus in SCM and VMO. In recent years,some scholars prove that it is defferent from factual doing using subjective ways for vendors' evaluating and selecting.In the paper,we bring up a model of system analysis on vendors' evaluating and selecting to attempt to expore this problem.
