Mixed Projective Coordinates for Computing Scalar Multiplication on Elliptic Curve over GF(2~n)

Scalar multiplication is the core operation in Elliptic Curve Cryptosystems(ECC).Based on a mixed projective coordinates,a novel algorithm for scalar multiplication is proposed.The analysis and testing shows that our algorithm can reduce the complexity about 5%.
