Counterfeit and shoddy commodity has become a big social effects of pollution when we developed market economy,it seriously affected the regular socialist market economy order,and hindered the development of society economy of our country.In the commodity market,counterfeit and shoddy commodity will exist regardless of the information being symmetrical or not.the government departments playing supervision administration role to the marketplace strengthens the punishment to creating fake person(that is increase the cost of the creating fake person)can efectively reduce the probability of creating fake commodity.
