Generally all uses the AutoCAD form in the graph data acquisition process,the graph data management generally to apply GIS,regarding the graph data conversion in graph,the attribute,the mark and so on. a series of questions always was GIS constructs the storehouse work the technical difficult probiem,this article has developed based on the GIS topographical symbols design and plan software.First uses the topographical symbols to have the graph and the attribute two characteristics,again passes through the suitable reorganization processing. The realization graph data integration transforms, establishes the GIS database.
