The expansion of network monopoly brings click and point contracts.Non-centralized management of network makes on-line customer face unfair and unreasonable rules set by network servers who benefit themselves.The rights of fair-dealing,inside-formation-getting,privacy,returning and replacing goods,asking for compensation,body and fortune security are the main aspects of improving Customer Rights Protection Law,and Contract Law in the future.In order to protect legal rights of on line customers,maintain justice and degrade blindness of network behavior effectively,profession self-discipline,administration and legal means ought to be the reasonable choices.
