Design of chain-drive's self-redgulating tensioner of sower-unit under the condition of copying-work

Based on the model 2MBJL 2 of semi precision sower for corn ridge forming and side film mulching technique,the effect caused by the copying work of cultivating sower unit linked by the parallelogram linkage on the chain drive is presented.The paper demonstrates the structure and the working mechanism of the chain drive self regulating tensioner and also gives a mathematical analytic method of how to define the dimension of the relevant components.The device and the method can be used to design the drivelines of other ogricultural machines which assume the similar copying work.
