THE KNOWLEDGE DATABASE CONSTRUCTION OF FRUIT TREES EXPERT SYSTEM FOR DIAGNOSIS,PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF DISEASE AND PEST

Based on knowledge engineering and PAID, the fruit trees' expert systems for diagnosis, pre-vention and control of disease and pest were studied. The construction method of the knowledge database was introduced:knowledge acquirement was based on localization, specialization and standardization. In the design of its structure,decision for differentiation between diseases and pests was set up. Diseases di-agnosis, prevention and control decision was divided into infectious and noninfectious diseases. Diagno-sis, prevention and control decision of nutition drbieient were based on the combination of morphological symptom and leayes nutrition analysis. Knowledge rules were edited by template. The prospect of appli-cation foreground on the fruit trees' expert system was also discussed.
