The key to a quality journal lies in the academic level of its contributions.This paper discusses the factors that affect the academic quality of a journal and concludes that the sufficient contributions are the basis,the perfect proofing and editing system is the guarantee,the unique construction is the important path and an excellent editing team is the talent assurance.
