Compared with other network protocols, real-time transport protocol(RTP protocol) recognition in the running of the network streaming media and to cope with risks have certain advantages, but the RTP protocol identification of streaming media has the certain difficulty. This article obtains from the network flow recognition technology, analyzing the characteristic of the RTP protocol in detail, and put forward based on RTP protocol of streaming media recognition algorithm design and implementation.
