Modern e-commerce system needs to complete data collection, transmission and processing in the heterogeneous platform.Traditional models of EDI system can no longer meet the needs.The paper research the whole structure and technology of Web Services and introduce a Web Services-based reusable,flexible e-business structure.Such structures can combine new business processes with different applications dynamically.
