Generation and evaluation of the battle plan are fundamental functions of operations command DSS(Decision Support System).DSS is an important component of C~3I(Command,Control,Communication and Intelligence)system.According to the characteristics of operations command DSS,the extension method is applied to generation and evaluation of the battle plan and its advatages are discussed.Divergent tree method is used to exploit a set of battle plans and the optimal battle plan is obtained by evaluation the battle plans with the optimal evaluation method.
