Chinese community aging care services made progresses in the passed years in the construction of institutes,the increase of participants and the diversity of service content.Community care service for the aged is of long term and pertinence,so it is vital to build up and improve a personal service file for the aged.It is one of the effective ways to manage care service for aged people.The paper brings up some advice of the approach of the file system's mechanism and computerization.
