Tersor Product Wavelets Decomposition for Scattered Data on Some Lines in a Plane

By the properties of polynomial natural splines local basis interpolation for scaitered data on some lines of a plane, in this paper, a tensor prodact wavelets decomposition method is presented. This method is used for digital image compression. The algorithms are easy implementation by computers.
