An Exploration of the Logical Polysemy of Chinese Words from Generative Lexicon

This paper gives a unified explanation with quilia structure of generative lexicon theory, for the formation and disambiguation of the logic polysemy of nouns, verbs in Chinese. It suggest the difference of an entity's qualia can result in the logic ambiguity of the nouns denoting the entity and the verbs combined with the noun in , even the different syntactic behavior of the verbs. However, the context factors can disambiguate the logic ambiguity.
