For the workflows of college graduation thesis topics, thesis guidance and thesis backup, the feasibility analysis is made. Using ASP.NET language and combining with SQL Sever database, the development of online graduation thesis topics system is realized. The system provides a completely fair and open platform of the topics for students, facilitates the mutual communications between students and teachers, and improves the work efficiency of academic staff.
