Research and Application of Whole Dynamic Monitoring Early Warning Management System of Oil Drilling Tools

The scientific management of drilling tools is an important part of drilling process. The traditional hierarchical management can not track and analyze the usage of drilling tools, and the resources of drilling tools can′t be utilized reasonably, for solving these problems, a RFID radio frequency identification technology is introduced to perform whole dynamic monitoring and early warning management for oil drilling tools. The method embedded a unique root electronic chip tags for each drilling tool, established information management system, implemented whole dynamic monitoring and early warning management, and improved management efficiency and drilling accuracy. It is helpful for drilling security and efficient production.
