A Further probing into the Theory and practice of Journal-editing scholarization

It is necessary to scholorize the Journal-editors from the practice of editing manuscript of the classic literature.In the view of the conditions of the Journal editors,two points should be put on stress.That is,first,the stressing of the speciality accordance,and second,raising of young Journal editors' educational degrees.
