Research on outer-loop power control based on recursion average in TD-SCDMA

Power control(PC) is one of the core wireless resource management technologies,and it is important for the reduction of interference and the increase of the capacity of the system.PC methods in TD-SCDMA system are elaborated,and an outer-loop PC algorithm based on recursion average is produced.The closed-loop power control under some conditions such as different channel environment and different control parameters has been simulated.It is found out that the PC algorithm can improve the system performance effectively and feasibly.
