Digital works is the most important production of digital technology and challenges Intellectual Property system, especially Copyright Law system. First, the article will introduce the rules of Copyright Law about digital works, which are mainly concentrated on cop y right and transmission. Then, the article will explain how to establish the sp ecial protecting system of digital works.
