Optimality condition for nonsmooth programming problem involving Lipschitz B-convex functions

A necessary condition that a locally Lipschitz function is B_convex is established in terms of the Clarke subdifferential. Furthermore, under appropriate conditions, a necessary optimality condition of the Slater type and a sufficient optimality condition are obtained for a nonsmooth programming problem involving B_convex functions.
