Viewfinding Technology in Astronomic Images

Astronomers often don't interested in all the information in an image when they are researching on it,on the contrary,they always pay more attention to some plots of an image,which are foreground.So it is very important to delete unnecessary data when memorizing and transmitting huge data.This paper introduce Viewfinding Technology,which will find out where the interested plot is and segment it by using LOG(Laplacian Of Guass) operator.
