How to know effectively what can be learned from data and to let experienced clients participate and understand the modes,to find out the results precisely,to analyze the data from different angles,to get the categories of new samples efficiently,and to elevate the accuracy of classification are a crucial link of studying and realizing the effectiveness of the data mining function.The paper analyzes data based on the channel of telecommunication environment,applies the technology of data warehousing and the decision-tree conclusion method,and realizes the alternate and multilayer function of data mining.
