Research and Application of Software Size Estimation Methodology

In recent years, with the vigorous development of software industry, the capability of software size estimation becomes very important for software corporations and organizations. This paper analyzes the software size estimation methodology－expert opinionadjusted by paired comparisons method in detail, and discusses the characteristic of this method comparing the function points analysis method. And the method to estimate software size in a software project management system is adopted.
