Based on the specialty of multi-resolution analysis of wavelet and the mathematical model of fiber optic gyro(FOG),the FOG noise can be eliminated by using wavelet threshold-value filter. The amplitude of various error sources in FOG noise can be obtained by using the Allan variance and the least square fitting. In this paper, wavelet threshold-value filter for static output signal of a certain model was accomplished, the quantitative analysis and comparison of the effect of four commonly used threshold-values filter were also made.Experiment result verified the effectiveness of the wavelet threshold-value filter in FOG signal processing.Comparison of the values of the error coefficients before and after filtering with four common different threshold-values verified the superiority of log-normal threshold filtering, which provided certain reference value for FOG signal process.
