Correctly handle all kinds of relations in the construction of archival informationization

In the transformation and development of archival administration from convention to informationization, there are a lot of problems to solve, such as the relation between conventional methods and modern technology; the relation of archival information datebase and information natwoking; the relation between collection and utilization; the relation between informationization and archival staffs' quality, etc. Handling correctly these relations can produce a promotive effect on archival undertaking.
