On Similarity of Hessenberg Matrix and Toeplizt Matrix

For any n×n complex unit upper Hessenberg matrix H, there exist a unique unit triangular matrix X and a unique unit upper Hessenberg Toeplitz matrix T such that XHX -1=T. The proof is simple and constructive, by means of solving the matrix equation directly.
