The existed information of the technical supervision management is separate and isolated in thermal power plant,and it cannot make the technical supervisor know the running state of the equipments in time.So it is necessary to build a management system platform that can integrate all technical supervision information.And this platform can process the information in real-time and early warning.The function design,real-time database and system characteristics are detailed in the technical supervision management system,which has been developed the B/S/D-based system.The techniques such as Java Applet,Java Servlet,COM+,Database trigger,data mining are applied.And technical supervision online is realized with the technical supervision works.
