Knowledge-based civil defense disaster management system

To meet the demands of C.D.(Civil Defense) to construct a strong CDDMS(Civil Defense Disaster Management System) on knowledge-based theory,this paper first proposes a new program to construct disaster management system for C.D.according to the characteristics and the informationization construction abilities of our C.D.,and then discusses the composing,function and the strategy of the disaster recovery system.Finally,the paper gives an effective emergency drilling method via the CDDMS.
