The improvement of IDEA algorithm and its application

By improving on the IDEA symmetric encryption algorithm, we bring forward a BufferIDEA algorithm. We improve the IDEA algorithm on the length of cipher key, the length of block, confusion and diffusion of chipertext and authentication codes. It can apply to transmit and store text data. So it possesses worthiness of practical application.
