Research on Communication System Between School and Home Based on GSM/SMS

This paper proposes an application scheme for communication between school and parents.The most important technological point is the question about how to send and get SMS through GSM model.Thus AT commands are utilized to send short messages in the PDU mode.This paper also introduces the control method of short message,the encoding schemes of short message and how to design subprogram.
