Application of Unascertained Mathematics in Levee Safety Assessment

Levee safety assessment contains much unascertained information, while unascertained mathematics is the special mathematic tool to resolve the unascertained information. This paper based on Yellow River levee project,introducing blind number and unascertained rational number to express and confirm the value of levee safety assessment index, by systematical calculation, the results are proved to be rational and feasible.
