Research on the Industrialization Development of Beer Barley in Gansu

There are some problems in beer barley industrialization development in Gansu at present:the discrepancy among barley breeding, barley culture and barley sale, low-level intensive farming, weak market competitiveness, disordered raw materials purchase market, unsound information network, and weak binding organization force of industrial association etc. In view of the above problems, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward as follows:increasing the investment in beer barley science technology research steadily, taking measures suitable to local conditions and popularizing high-efficiency and high-yield barley cutlure techniques, establishing sound well-bred barley species breeding systems, establishing barley industrialization operating mechanism, and perfecting the functions of industrial associations.
