Research on Traffic Information Sharing Technology in Multiple Heterogeneous Database Environment

The interline and sharing of traffic information is the precondition to implement ITS.Based on the prggram of Chengdu Transportation bureau,the paper advanced a way to share traffic information in multiple heterogeneous database environment from three aspects,database information sharing,common information platform constructing,so as to implement the interlink and sharing of traffic information.The scheme referred in this paper is advanced from the fact of Chengdu city,and is a practical and operable method to solve the problem.It is useful to the AITS improvement.
