THE FACTORS OF AFFECTING THE CONSISTENCY OF BENTONE GREASE

Several factors of affecting the consistency of bentone grease were studied.The test result showed that the bentone grease consistency is closely related to the bentone content,the type and dosage of dispersant aid and after-treatment process;And the bentone grease with high dropping point can be obtained by using the appropriate dispersant aid and strictly controlling the process conditions.
