A perfectly combat effectiveness assessment index system for air defense system is established by analysising the composition of modern air defense system, and a kind of combat effectiveness grey cluster assessment method for air defense system based on grey fixed weight clustering and triangle whitenization weight function is proposed, and the method is effectively tested by example. The result shows the method is practical for the combat effectiveness assessment of air defense system.
