The representation of the Drazin inverse for block matrix (ABCO) is given under conditions ADBC=0,ABCAπ=0,which generalizes the result of Chunyuan Deng in.Also,the representation of the Drazin inverse for block matrix (ABCO) is given under conditions BCAAD=0,AπBC=0.
