Sci-tech journals should pay attention to academic misconduct literature check before paper publishing

On the basis of a typical case analysis and our practical use of academic misconduct literature check( AMLC) in the misconduct check,the necessity of using AMLC before publishing scientific papers is presented.And the measures for avoiding duplicate publications are also elaborated.
