Through application of 3G technology and video surveillance technology,this paper realizes such functions as remote monitoring of the tobacco Law Enforcement official and remote preserving of evidence for law enforcement and remote commanding of tobacco monopoly cases.It analyzes the system architecture and its realization in detail.
