New Method for Evaluating Anti-TBM Operational Effect

The anti-TBM operational effect evaluation is an important unit of the anti-TBM campaign process.An anti-TBM index system is constructed by APH method after analyzing terminal anti-TBM campaign process.The evaluation model is setup on the basis of fuzzy logic and the comprehensive evaluation method is proposed.It is showed by the example that anti-TBM effect evaluation is more evaluated objectively and truly by the comprehensive evaluation method.Furthermore,a new approach for anti-TBM effect evaluation is provided and a theoretic support for air defense and anti-TBM is provided,which is of important martial meaning and application worth.
