Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis System with FTA Based on VC

FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) is an effective method to analyze the reliability of complex system. With the assistant of the computer, the qualitative analysis of the fault tree by using Fussell-Vesely was succeeded, and how to carry out the arithmetic of monotonic coherent fault tree was also studied. By all these research, the foundation for the study of the non-monotonic coherent system, multimode system, common failure system and so on was laied.
