Information Platform of Dynamic Office Based on Coordination Work

In order to overcome the puzzle of being difficult to satisfy the demand of modern coordination office by conventional platform,the paper explored a sort of dynamic office information platform based on coordination work.In the paper,it analyzed the cause of being difficult to provide overall service information timely and accurately for management decision,discussed the office platform of immediately dynamic coordination supported by computer,designed the related modules such as coordination drive of dynamic workflow,system function,model structure and service drive of coordination message etc,based on XML and JAVA,and implemented the dynamic office information platform based on coordination work.The preliminary test results of implemented prototype system demonstrated that the design would be reasonable.The actual running effect shows that the designed platform of office information owns the feasibility.
