Study on eCRM based on database technology under the electronic commerce environment

In the view of the CRM's problem of customer relationship under the electronic commerce environment, the paper with the model analysis method,puts forward the eCRM model which combines database technology with CRM which integrates electronic commerce and CRM.The conclusion of the study has reference value for perfecting CRM under the electronic commerce environment.
