Xie Minfe · China Medicine and Pharmacy · 2013

Objective To explore the application value of nursing intervention measures in the CRRT treatment of heatstroke. Methods Thirty-two patients with thermoplegia treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given conventional nursing scheme and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention measures. The clinical treatment situation of the two groups of patients was observed. Results The two groups had no statistically significant difference in the 24-hour creatinine change(P 0.05). The observation group was better than the control group in the vascular access patency, the number of used filters and the average use time of each filter within 24 hours, with statistically significant differences(P 0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention measures in the thermoplegia patients receiving CRRT treatment can effectively reduce the patients' creatinine level, ensure the vascular access patency, reduce the number of used filters and prolong the average use time of filters, thereby worthy of strong clinical promotion and application.
